Seeing people embrace their worth, find joy in who they are, and move through the world in ways that feel authentic and true to them brings me so much joy.
What makes me multi-passionate?
I was hoping you would ask!
I am a certified life coach, holistic breath coach, speaker, social worker, professional dancer, and movement director. Across my work as a mental health professional, creative, and founder of Inward Space, I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, recognize their potential, and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
I believe we are all multifaceted beings, and that honoring the different parts of ourselves allows us to live more fully and authentically. Who said you have to be just one thing when you’re called to do many? I may be multipassionate, but my purpose remains clear: to serve, to inspire, and to create spaces where people feel empowered to show up as themselves.
I used to pride myself on being an A student, a perfectionist, and a hard worker. I equated busy, jam-packed days with success and was incredibly hard on myself whenever I fell short of the standard of greatness I had set for myself. (Okay, I'll be honest: this is still a work in progress.) Then, I lost my father, the pandemic hit, and I was forced to slow down. I had to reevaluate what mattered to me, shed what no longer served me, and build a new foundation for myself.
These experiences deepened my understanding of the importance of self-awareness and personal growth. My work centers on raising consciousness and cultivating a deeper awareness of self because I know firsthand how transformative it can be. When you understand who you are, what you value, and what moves you, you can begin to make choices that align with the life you want to create—one that feels purposeful, fulfilling, and true to you.
One of my favorite quotes is by Maya Angelou: “People will forget what you did, people will forget what you said, but people will never forget how you made people feel.” From an early age, I felt drawn to supporting others, holding space for their experiences, and being a listening ear through life's challenges. What began as simply showing up as a loving friend has evolved into a passion and career dedicated to helping people understand themselves, navigate life's complexities, and live more fulfilling lives.
Through my own experiences, I have come to appreciate the power of personal development, therapy, and mindfulness. These practices have helped me live more intentionally, cultivate meaningful relationships, and build a life I am proud of. They have also shaped my mission: to bring greater awareness to the importance of consciousness, self-understanding, and mental health.
As a coach and mental health professional, I help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Imagine looking at the world through a pair of colored glasses. If your glasses were blue, everything you saw would have a blue tint. In much the same way, our life experiences, upbringing, culture, and environment shape the lens through which we see ourselves and the world around us. These perspectives influence our beliefs, decisions, relationships, and how we show up in our lives.
But what if you could recognize the lens you have been looking through and begin to question whether it still serves you? Greater awareness creates room for new perspectives, more intentional choices, and meaningful change. Life is shaped by the choices we make, and my hope is to empower you to make choices that honor who you are today and who you are becoming.
